'Dunce Helmet' made to wear when someone did something foolish. All metal construction domed hat with horns. Spike at the top with metal eagle on one side and a large leaf on the other. Floral, lion, and figures throughout with chain dangles and pieced fabric lining. Measures 9 1/2"h x 8"dia approx. Truly a statement piece.
